Our speech-language pathologists are licensed in the state of Georgia, and as well as in the states where they provide teletherapy services. All of our speech-language pathologist are certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

About the Owner:
Darla Darty, M.S., CCC-SLP, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders and her Master of Science in Speech Pathology from the University of Alabama. Upon graduating with her Master’s Degree in 1998, Darla moved to New Mexico where she served on the Navajo Reservation. Her travels later carried her to Los Angeles, where she worked in schools, a nonprofit clinic, and eventually her own private practice. She currently lives in Atlanta but enjoys traveling the world. Darla has treated a wide array of disabilities and diagnoses to include autism spectrum disorder, articulation/phonological disorders, apraxia of speech, stuttering, language disorders, and developmental delays. She is PROMPT trained (PROMPTS for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets, is a multidimensional approach to speech production disorders has come to embrace not only the well-known physical-sensory aspects of motor performance, but also its cognitive-linguistic and social-emotional aspects.) Darla's experience with a variety of disabilities, languages, cultures, geographic locations, and clinical settings has provided a broad base of expertise, while instilling the importance of building compassionate respectful relationships.
